KTM 690 Head Gasket Replacement. So it's been a long, drama-filled story, but the short version is that I took it to a shop and asked them to diagnose and repair after I found coolant in the oil. Well, they didn't do any diagnosis and just replaced the head gasket so I got it back and the problem wasn't fixed. Still have coolant in the oil.
You can replace the OEM filter with a Napa Gold 3011 fuel filter. Inspect all of the lines for folds and kinks. Since everything is just sort of stuffed up into the tank, the lines tend to kink, and you can have gas flow problems. I braced a kink with auto fuel line, 3/8" ID.

It happens most of the time, but not all the time, and when the clutch grabs it feels as if it grabs with a 1-2 second delay. This also makes 3rd gear clutch wheelies Both have ugly ass headlight, Idk about KTM, but Husqvarna have only 2 mode switch for headlight, there is many variations of real good quality-cheap headlights in Aliexpress, but you have 3 modes, day-time, low-beam, high-beam with only 2 position switch, so you will have high beam when button is like between original low-beam and high-beam, I

Take out a spark plug, stick a pencil in it, remove the inspection plug on the bottom of the case, rotate the motor til the pencil is all the way up, when the holes in the inspection hole line up, stick a screwdriver in it. Done.

I bought a ktm 690 smc r 2016 last summer. I have "succesfully" rebuild the motor (new piston and cylinder nikasil plating), I have been riding it few weeks but not more than 10-20 minutes as after this time when the motor reaches the working temp. the low oil pressure light turn on. I have seen this problem in many posts and I have tried all.
